Thirteen ambassadors, who represent their countries in Egypt, visited the archaeological sites of Marina El Alamein to get acquainted with the history of the area. The move was part of a visit organized by the Tourism Ministry for the diplomats to tour New Alamein city. The diplomats were briefed about the history of archaeological destinations and monuments there. The ambassadors were accompanied by a host of respective officials, including the deputy minister of tourism and the secretary general of the Supreme Council of Antiquities.
