5 people were injured by the occupation forces in the eastern Gaza Strip

A number of young men were injured this Sunday evening as a result of the occupation forces’ assault on demonstrators along the eastern border of the Gaza Strip.

The Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed that 5 different injuries were recorded by the Israeli occupation forces in the eastern Gaza Strip.

Our correspondent said that among the injured was a photojournalist who was hit by a gas bomb directly in the foot east of Jabalia.

Hundreds of young men arrived at three points along the border: Jabalia, Khan Yunis, and Rafah, in response to a call issued by revolutionary youth groups in response to the ongoing raids on Al-Aqsa Mosque.

The eastern border has been witnessing great tension for several weeks
