DERIAN DISCUSSES BILATERAL RELATIONS WITH ITALIAN AMBASSADOR, MEETS WITH MP AHMAD EL-KHEIR

Grand Mufti of the Republic, Sheikh Abdul Latif Derian, on Wednesday welcomed Italian Ambassador to Lebanon, Fabrizio Marcelli, at Dar Al-Fatwa. Discussions reportedly focused on the country's general situation and avenues for enhancing bilateral relations between Lebanon and Italy. In a separate meeting, Grand Mufti Derian also received MP Ahmad El-Kheir. Talks between both men encompassed various Islamic and national issues. Source: National News Agency - Lebanon
