Riyadh: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by its Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology, participated in the Global Logistics Forum in Riyadh, aiming to enhance international partnerships and develop sustainable supply chains.
According to Oman News Agency, the forum serves as a platform for countries to bolster international cooperation, exchange expertise, and adopt new technologies in logistics. Oman’s delegation was led by Eng. Said Hamoud Al Maawali, Minister of Transport, Communications and Information Technology. The event highlighted the importance of building resilient and sustainable global supply chains.
During the forum, Minister Al Maawali met with his Saudi counterpart, Saleh Nasser Al Jasser, Minister of Transport and Logistic Services of Saudi Arabia. The meeting focused on reviewing and expanding areas of cooperation between Oman and Saudi Arabia in the field of transport and logistics.
