UAE and Philippines Strengthen Ties with Focus on Economic and Humanitarian Cooperation

ABU DHABI: In a significant diplomatic exchange, UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan received a phone call from His Excellency Ferdinand Marcos, President of the Republic of the Philippines, discussing enhanced bilateral relations and mutual development goals. According to Emirates News Agency, the conversation between the two leaders centered on expanding cooperation across economic, trade, investment, and developmental sectors. They explored potential opportunities that could benefit both nations, aligning with their respective development priorities and shared interests. During the call, President Marcos expressed his gratitude for the UAE's consistent support to the Philippines.
