GAZA CITY: The death toll in Gaza has escalated to 42,519, with over 99,637 individuals reported wounded, as Israeli occupation forces carried out three major attacks against families in the Gaza Strip over the past 24 hours. These operations resulted in the deaths of at least 19 Palestinians and injured 91 others, according to medical reports. According to Emirates News Agency, an Israeli airstrike in northern Gaza resulted in the deaths of at least 30 individuals, including children. More than 50 others were injured in the attack on the city of Jabalia, as reported by the Palestinian news agency WAFA on Saturday. Local health authorities confirmed that since the onset of the Israeli military campaign on October 7, the Palestinian death toll has reached 42,519. The majority of those killed are women and children, highlighting the devastating impact on civilian populations. The same sources indicated that emergency services continue to face significant challenges in reaching many of the casualties and dece ased individuals who remain trapped under rubble or scattered across the streets of the heavily damaged enclave. The ongoing obstruction by Israeli forces is preventing ambulance and civil defense teams from operating effectively, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis in the region.
