Hebron Governor Convened Executive Council to Address Ongoing Challenges

HEBRON: Hebron Governor Khaled Dudin chaired a meeting of the Executive Council of Hebron Governorate, bringing together directors of government agencies and institutions to discuss ongoing challenges and future plans. The meeting, attended by key figures including the Director General of the Governorate Police and other security officials, highlighted the resilience of public sector workers amid difficult circumstances. According to Maan News Agency, the meeting commenced with a recitation of Surat Al-Fatihah in memory of the martyrs, setting a solemn tone for the discussions. Governor Dudin reviewed the challenges faced by the governorate since the onset of aggression on Gaza, emphasizing the national commitment of government employees in maintaining services despite obstacles such as salary interruptions and restrictions imposed by the occupation. Governor Dudin acknowledged the dedication of public sector employees in ensuring uninterrupted services to citizens, despite ongoing pressures from checkpoint s and violations by the occupation forces. He underscored the importance of maintaining internal security and social cohesion, stating the necessity of adhering to the system, law, and judiciary, while promising firm action against violations. The meeting also addressed future priorities, including the activation of the governorate's advisory council, the review of the emergency plan for the upcoming winter, and efforts to curb unlawful financial activities. Brigadier Nasser Abu Hanani highlighted the collaboration with security institutions to enhance readiness for potential political developments and to ensure citizen safety. Council members contributed interventions and recommendations, which will guide future actions in their respective fields, demonstrating a collective approach to addressing the challenges faced by the Hebron Governorate.
