AMMAN: The Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) concluded Wednesday's trading session with a modest gain of 0.24%, elevating the index to 2,404 points. This performance reflects a positive trend in the market amidst fluctuating shares. According to Jordan News Agency, the session saw a total of 2.5 million shares traded, generating a total transaction value of JD4.3 million across 2,073 transactions. The trading activity showed a varied performance among different companies, with 33 companies experiencing an increase in their share prices. In contrast, 16 companies recorded a decline, and the share prices of 41 companies remained unchanged.
