Kuwait Launches “Wajjehni 2” Program to Assist Graduates in Career Development

KUWAIT CITY: Kuwait's Public Youth Authority has launched the "Wajjehni 2" program, an initiative aimed at assisting fresh graduates in transitioning to professional careers. The program seeks to equip young individuals with the necessary skills to secure jobs that align with their aspirations. According to Kuwait News Agency, Dr. Ahlam Al-Darweesh, who oversees the program, announced its commencement on Wednesday. She explained that the program targets recent graduates from universities, applied sciences, training academies, and colleges. It is designed to help participants find suitable employment opportunities and refine their skills, preparing them for roles in both the public and private sectors. The program also provides guidance on business leadership, strategic planning for startups, and identifying promising career fields. Dr. Al-Darweesh has encouraged graduates to register for the program, which will be open until December 10, via the website: (www.youth.gov.kw).
