KUWAIT CITY: Minister of Social Affairs, Family and Childhood Affairs Dr. Amthal Al-Huwaila underscored the significance of fostering childhood development, emphasizing its role as the cornerstone of a robust and sustainable society. This assertion was made during a celebration hosted by the Supreme Council for Family Affairs under the theme "Children of Today... Leaders of Tomorrow." According to Kuwait News Agency, Al-Huwaila highlighted the critical impact of the first five years of childhood on a child's cognitive and emotional growth. She stressed that investing in early education and childcare is essential for enhancing children's mental and social capabilities, which in turn contributes to the development of prosperous societies.
