RAKEZ and Emirates Post Sign MoU to Enhance Business Services

Ras al khaimah: Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) has entered into a strategic partnership with Emirates Post, the UAE's official postal services provider and postal arm of 7X, aimed at simplifying business processes and enhancing service offerings for their clients. The collaboration was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by RAKEZ Chief Development Officer Mohammed Al Dhuhoori and Emirates Post General Manager Ayoub Ahli. According to Emirates News Agency, the partnership will allow RAKEZ clients to leverage Emirates Post's logistics services, including the newly introduced "Business In A Box" service, which is designed to reduce administrative tasks for businesses. Additionally, a rewards program featuring over 280 UAE-based retailers is set to launch soon. Emirates Post customers will also benefit from streamlined access to RAKEZ's customized business setup solutions. RAKEZ Group CEO Ramy Jallad highlighted the significance of the collaboration, stating that it represents a proactive measure to enhance the service offerings at RAKEZ. The alignment of resources aims to simplify business operations for clients, thereby enriching their experience with improved operational efficiency and logistical support in Ras Al Khaimah. Emirates Post General Manager Ayoub Ahli expressed satisfaction with the partnership, emphasizing its role in delivering comprehensive services to customers and strengthening key strategic collaborations.
