BEIRUT: A new shipment of humanitarian aid from Greece arrived in Lebanon, coordinated by the Greek Embassy in Beirut. This effort was conducted under the supervision of Greece's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and involved several other governmental bodies, marking a continued commitment to support Lebanon during challenging times. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the aid was transported by a Hellenic Air Force C-130 aircraft and included medical supplies and other essential materials. This initiative was carried out in collaboration with Greece's Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Health, and the General Secretariat for Climate Crisis and Civil Protection. Greece has reaffirmed its dedication to assisting Lebanon by working closely with the Lebanese government. The goal is to maximize humanitarian aid efforts to provide relief to the civilian population, indicating a sustained partnership in addressing the ongoing needs of the region.
