GAZA: Health authorities in Gaza announced Monday that 96 Palestinians have been martyred and 277 others injured as a result of ongoing Israeli aggression in the Gaza Strip. The escalation in violence has led to significant casualties and has been described as a dire situation by local officials. According to Kuwait News Agency, the health authorities issued a press statement detailing that the Israeli military actions have resulted in five massacres targeting families in the Strip, contributing to the high number of casualties being reported at local hospitals. The statement also highlighted that numerous victims remain trapped under the rubble, complicating rescue efforts and potentially increasing the death toll. Since the escalation began on October 7, 2023, the total number of Palestinian deaths due to Israeli military actions in Gaza has risen to 43,020, with more than 101,000 individuals injured.
