YARZE: Army Commander, General Joseph Aoun, on Monday received at his Yarze office the Turkish Ambassador to Lebanon, Ali Baris Ulusoy, who paid him a farewell visit upon completing his diplomatic mission in Lebanon. The meeting marked the end of Ambassador Ulusoy's tenure, during which he engaged in discussions with General Aoun. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the army commander also met with MP Walid al-Baarini, followed by former MP Dr. Fares Souaid. In these meetings, General Aoun addressed the general situation in Lebanon, particularly in light of the ongoing Israeli aggression on the country. The discussions underscored the pressing issues facing Lebanon amidst rising tensions in the region.
