“Liban Mon Amour” Initiative Unites Lebanese Diaspora Through Music.

Geneva: The "Liban Mon Amour" concert, part of the "Stouh Beirut" association's initiatives, brought together the Lebanese diaspora in Geneva and Paris with the presence of notable dignitaries, including Lebanon's Ambassador to Geneva, Rola Noureddine, and Lebanon's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Slim Badoura. The event aimed to support Lebanese people across various sectors during challenging times. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the concert began with the "Liban Mon Amour" song, crafted by poet Nizar Francis, composed by Maestro Elie Alia, and performed by Marwan Howayek. The audience was moved to join in singing national songs alongside the orchestra and choir, creating a nostalgic and emotional atmosphere. Dalia Dagher, President and Founder of "Stouh Beirut," addressed the attendees, highlighting Lebanon's current challenges and the role of music in showcasing the resilience of its people. She expressed gratitude to the Lebanese diaspora for their continued sup port and acknowledged key contributors, including director Mirjan Bou Chaya, businesswoman Hala Fadel, Maestro Elie Alia, and sponsor Malak Ibrahim. The success of the concerts was seen as a step toward further supporting Lebanon through the association's efforts.
