According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Borrell stated his unequivocal condemnation of Smotrich's assertions that 2025 would mark the "year of annexation" of the occupied West Bank. He emphasized that such declarations undermine international law and infringe upon Palestinian rights, further endangering the prospects of achieving a two-state solution.
