According to National News Agency - Lebanon, during a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi, Assad remarked on the resilience of the Syrian people in confronting terrorism over the years and their renewed determination to eradicate it. Araqchi conveyed Iran's unwavering support for Syria in its anti-terrorism efforts, expressing readiness to provide comprehensive assistance to the Syrian government. He acknowledged Syria's past challenges and expressed confidence in its ability to achieve victory over terrorism and its allies.
