Beirut: House Speaker Nabih Berri recently hosted Canadian Ambassador to Lebanon, Stephanie McCollum, at the Second Presidency in Ain al-Tineh. Their discussions centered on general conditions and the latest political and field developments. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Berri also held a meeting with Caretaker Health Minister, Firas Abiad. The dialogue concentrated on the overall situation, with a particular focus on political and health matters. The discussions included the state of public hospitals, especially in regions impacted by the recent Israeli aggression in the south and Bekaa. They explored ways to support and improve the operations of these medical facilities. Additionally, the meeting addressed the Ministry of Health's delivery of medical and pharmaceutical services.
