Beirut: Caretaker Justice Minister, Judge Henry Khoury, on Tuesday received Algerian Ambassador to Lebanon, Rachid Belbaki, accompanied by Consul General, Hassan Khalifa. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting highlighted the ongoing cooperation between Lebanon and Algeria in addressing judicial concerns. Both parties emphasized the importance of resolving the legal status of Algerian nationals detained in Lebanon, aiming to strengthen bilateral relations and ensure fair judicial processes. The discussions also touched on broader geopolitical developments affecting both nations, reflecting a mutual interest in stability and justice in the region.
