Halabi first met with MP Akram Chehayeb to deliberate on the educational landscape following the recent ceasefire, emphasizing the importance of resuming in-person learning in areas deemed safe and prepared for such activities. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Halabi's next meeting was with the President of the Lebanese American University (LAU), Dr. Shawki Abdallah, who was accompanied by legal advisor Nour Hajar. Their discussions centered on LAU's centennial celebrations and the university's ongoing contributions to higher education in Lebanon. Dr. Abdallah shared the institution's plans to advance technological innovation and entrepreneurship among its student body, signaling a forward-thinking approach to education in the region. Additionally, Halabi met with May El Khalil, President of the Beirut Marathon Association. The ir conversation revolved around initiatives aimed at supporting students and schools, including the sponsorship of shelters and the promotion of sports as a means of fostering social recovery.
