According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Lapid expressed his support for military chief Herzi Halevi's decision to resign, stating, "I salute Herzi Halevi for stepping down." He further asserted the importance of responsibility by adding, "Now, it is time for them to take responsibility and resign -- the prime minister and his entire catastrophic government."
