Beirut: House Speaker Nabih Berri engaged in discussions with key Lebanese ministers at the second presidency headquarters in Ain El Tineh on Monday. Justice Minister Adel Nassar visited Berri for an acquaintance meeting, providing an opportunity to discuss the general situation, political developments, and legislative affairs.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Speaker Berri also met with Minister of State for Administrative Development, Dr. Fadi Makki, to discuss the general situation. In the afternoon, former Minister Wadih El Khazen visited Speaker Berri and shared discussions on political, security, and economic developments. They also explored ways to enhance internal stability amid the country's challenges.
El-Khazen expressed appreciation for Speaker Berri's efforts in consolidating national unity and achieving consensus among Lebanese parties. Berri also received a congratulatory cable from Sheikh Nasser Al-Mohammad Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah on the occasion of Ramadan.
