Bkerki: The Maronite Women's Pastoral Office in the Patriarchal Archdiocese is set to inaugurate the year titled "Maronite Women: Partners in Identity, Messengers of Faith and Men" as part of the synodal journey examining the role, presence, and mission of women in the church and society. The launch event will take place under the patronage and in the presence of Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Mar Bechara Boutros Rai at the Patriarchal Seat in Bkerki. The program will feature Maronite hymns performed by singer Ghada Shbeir, emphasizing the cultural and spiritual contributions of women in the Maronite community.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the day's events will continue at Casino du Liban, where the Literary and Cultural Salon will host a performance by renowned artist Jahida Wehbe. The performance, titled "Poetry of Song," is held under the patronage of Minister of Culture Dr. Ghassan Salameh. This cultural event will take place on the Casino du Liban stage, offering an evening of artistic expression linked to the themes of literature and culture.
