Labour Minister Engages in Talks with French Ambassador and Palestinian Dialogue Head

Beirut: Minister of Labour, Mohammad Haidar, on Monday held discussions with French Ambassador to Lebanon, Herv© Magro, to explore bilateral cooperation. Their conversation centered on how France can assist Lebanon through employment and training initiatives.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Minister Haidar also met with the head of the Lebanese-Palestinian Dialogue Committee, Ambassador Ramzi Dmaschkieh. Their discussion was aimed at improving the living and working conditions of Palestinian labourers in Lebanon while adhering to Lebanese laws.

In a separate engagement, Minister Haidar is set to meet with a delegation from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) at 11:30 a.m. tomorrow.
