Beirut: Minister of Labor, Dr. Mohammad Haidar, on Wednesday met with President of the Lebanese Order of Physicians, Dr. Elias Chalala, who briefed him on the current state of the medical sector and stressed the need to strengthen it. They also discussed doctors' relationship with the National Social Security Fund.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, Minister Haidar later received a delegation from public school teachers' associations led by Hussein Jawad. The delegation presented their demands to improve living conditions.
The Minister also met with Housing Bank Chairman Antoine Habib, where they agreed to sign an MoU to digitize work permit and deposit certificate processes.
