Spiritual Gathering Unites Religious Leaders at Dar al-Fatwa in Tripoli

Beirut: A spiritual meeting was convened at Dar al-Fatwa in Tripoli, attended by representatives from various sects. The gathering marked a significant moment of interfaith dialogue and cooperation.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the Saudi Ambassador to Lebanon, Walid Bukhari, participated in the event and was warmly received by Sheikh Mohammed Tariq Imam, the Mufti of Tripoli and the North, along with Sheikh Bilal al-Baroudi, Dar Fatwa's Secretary. The meeting saw participation from prominent religious figures, including Bishops Edouard Daher and Ephrem Kyriakos, the head of the Alawite Islamic Council, and representatives from Bishop Youssef Soueif, the Armenian Orthodox Church, and the Jaafari Court.

The gathering at Dar al-Fatwa provided a platform for these leaders to engage in discussions, highlighting the importance of unity and mutual understanding among different religious communities. Ambassador Bukhari's presence underscored the significance of regional cooperation and dialogue among the diverse religious sects represented at the meeting.
