Parliament Refers Proposed Amendment to Pharmacy Practice Law Back to Health Committee

Beirut: The General Assembly of the House of Parliament on Thursday referred the draft law aimed at amending Paragraph (b) of Article 37 of Law No. 367, issued on August 1, 1994 (regulating the practice of the pharmacy profession), back to the Parliamentary Health Committee.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the proposed amendment seeks to address specific issues within the existing legislation governing the pharmacy profession. The decision to send the draft law back to the committee indicates the need for further review and possible revisions before it can proceed to the next stages of the legislative process.
