UNIFIL Mechanized Patrols in Border Villages

Beirut: UNIFIL peacekeeping forces are conducting mechanized patrols in border villages today, from the town of Dhaira, passing through the town of Aita al-Shaab, all the way to Ramya, Aitaroun and Bint Jbeil, which witnessed the crashing of an Israeli drone in the city of Bint Jbeil this morning.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the patrols are part of an effort to maintain security and stability in the region. The presence of UNIFIL forces in these areas is seen as a crucial measure to prevent further escalation following the incident involving the Israeli drone.
