Army Commander Offers Condolences After Deadly Ammunition Depot Explosion

Beirut: Army Commander General Rodolphe Haykal extended his condolences to the families of two soldiers who lost their lives in the explosion of a weapons and ammunition depot in Wadi Zebqin, southern Lebanon. During his visit, General Haykal praised the professionalism, courage, and dedication of the troops, emphasizing the army's complex nationwide missions, particularly in the South, where soldiers remain exposed to Israeli attacks.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, General Haykal also paid tribute to the patience and determination of the martyrs' families, reaffirming that the army's resilience remains a cornerstone of Lebanon's stability and that it will continue to fulfill its duties despite ongoing challenges.
