Emergency Meeting by Organization of Islamic Cooperation to Take Place in Jeddah Tomorrow Over Gaza

Jeddah: The foreign ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) member states will discuss the Israeli war of extermination on Gaza tomorrow, Monday, in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in an emergency meeting chaired by Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, the current president of the Council.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, a statement issued by the Turkish Foreign Ministry on Sunday said the meeting will discuss "the ongoing Israeli genocide against the Palestinian people and Israel's decision to expand its operations in Gaza."

On Thursday, the OIC announced its intention to hold an emergency ministerial meeting on Monday to coordinate positions and joint efforts to confront decisions and plans aimed at entrenching the occupation and complete Israeli control over the Gaza Strip.
