Beirut: The signing of the World Bank loan allocated for reconstruction is scheduled to take place tomorrow, Tuesday, at 11:00 am, at the Ministry of Finance headquarters in downtown Beirut. The ceremony marks a significant step in Lebanon's efforts to secure financial support for reconstruction activities.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Lebanon's Finance Minister, Yassine Jaber, will sign the loan agreement with the World Bank's Regional Director, Jean-Christophe Carret. The event will see attendance from key figures in the Lebanese government, including Minister of Public Works and Transport Fayez Rasamny, Water and Energy Minister Joe Saddi, and Minister of Economy and Trade Amer Bisat.
Representatives from the Prime Minister's Office will also be present, along with the Head of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Mohammad Kabbani, and other CDR Council members. Additionally, the Charg© d'Affaires of the French Embassy in Lebanon, Bruno Pereira da Silva, is expected to attend the signing ceremony.
