Virginia: US President Donald Trump declared that he deserved to win the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to end several wars during a speech in Virginia at the fourth annual American Cornerstone Institute Founders' Dinner. Trump stated, "We worked to stop wars between India and Pakistan, Armenia and Azerbaijan, Kosovo and Serbia, Israel and Iran."
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Trump expressed disappointment that resolving the conflict between Russia and Ukraine was more challenging than anticipated, despite his good relationship with President Putin. He assured, "We will resolve the issue between Russia and Ukraine one way or another."
Trump argued that his global peace initiatives merit the Nobel Peace Prize, emphasizing his contributions to ending wars worldwide. He highlighted his administration's actions against Iran, stating, "We have shattered Iran's nuclear dreams by destroying its enriched uranium." He criticized past events in Afghanistan, asserting there will be no repeat of such incidents under his leadership.
Addressing the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam, Trump remarked on its impact on the Nile River and labeled it a significant problem. On domestic issues, he targeted crime, particularly in Chicago, and accused Democrats of being lenient on crime, "The next stop in the fight against crime is Chicago," he said, adding, "We don't like crime, but the Democrats do," as reported by Sky News Arabia.
