Baabda: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, on Tuesday discussed with Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam, the general situation in the country and the outcomes of the meetings he held in New York during his participation in the United Nations General Assembly.
According to National News Agency – Lebanon, the discussion between President Aoun and Premier Salam also touched on Lebanon’s internal situation and ways to address the repercussions of the Raouche Rock incidents.
Premier Salam left Baabda Palace without giving any statement to the press.
