Army: Wanted Individual Fadl Abdul Rahman Shmandar, Known as ‘Shaker,’ Turns Himself In

Sidon: The Lebanese Army - Directorate of Orientation announced that on the evening of October 4, 2025, Fadl Abdel Rahman Shmandar, known as 'Shaker,' turned himself in to a patrol from the Directorate of Intelligence at the entrance of Ain al-Hilweh camp in Sidon. This development comes after a series of communications between the army and relevant parties. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Shmandar's surrender is connected to the Abra clashes of 2013. The Lebanese Army has initiated an investigation into the matter, which is currently being conducted under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
