Istanbul: Grand Mufti of the Republic, Sheikh Abdul Latif Derian, headed today to the Turkish capital, Istanbul, to attend the International Summit for Humanitarian Aid to Gaza. This participation comes in response to an invitation from the President of Turkish Religious Affairs, Dr. Safi Erbagos.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the summit aims to address critical humanitarian needs and discuss strategies to provide effective aid to Gaza. Sheikh Derian's presence underscores the commitment of regional religious leaders to support humanitarian efforts and collaborate on initiatives aimed at alleviating the suffering of the people in Gaza.
