Ottawa: Kataeb Party leader MP Sami Gemayel pursued his visit to Canada, stopping in Ottawa where he met Lebanese Ambassador Bachir Tawk at the embassy. He was accompanied by his wife, Karen, and party officials. According to National news agency - Lebanon, talks focused on the Lebanese diaspora's role in the upcoming parliamentary elections. Gemayel stressed the importance of voter registration abroad to ensure active participation in shaping Lebanon's future. Earlier, Gemayel visited Saint Anthony's Monastery in Montreal, thanking the monks for their longstanding support to the Lebanese community and the Kataeb Party. He also held a dialogue with party members in Ottawa to discuss recent developments and reinforce the party's message abroad.
