Beirut: The new Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority and Governor of the Central Bank, Dr. Karim Saeed, along with the three appointed expert members, Zeina Abdel Samad Al-Muhtar, Ghassan Abou Adal, and Dr. Mahmoud Al-Jabaai, were sworn in before President Joseph Aoun, marking the formal start of their duties.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, President Aoun also welcomed a delegation from the Arab Union for Internet and Communications. He expressed his appreciation for the union's initiatives and applauded the decision to establish the Arab incubator for artificial intelligence projects in Lebanon.
