Beirut: President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, on Wednesday discussed with Information Minister Dr. Paul Morcos the latest developments within the Ministry of Information and the accomplishments achieved to date. The meeting was an opportunity for the minister to update the President on the ongoing initiatives within the ministry.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the minister also briefed the President on the progress of the Media Law draft. This comes after the recent approval of the draft by Parliament's Administration and Justice Committee, marking a significant step forward in the legislative process.
