Cabinet Session Commences at Grand Serail Led by PM Nawaf Salam

Beirut: Prime Minister, Dr. Nawaf Salam, is currently presiding over a Cabinet session at the Grand Serail. The session sees the participation of Deputy Prime Minister, Dr. Tarek Mitri, alongside key ministers including Finance Minister Yassin Jaber, Culture Minister Dr. Ghassan Salameh, and Defense Minister Major General Michel Menassa.

According to National news agency - Lebanon, the session is also attended by Energy and Water Minister Joe Saddi, Social Affairs Minister Haneen Al-Sayed, and Foreign Affairs and Emigrants Minister Youssef Raggi, among other prominent officials. The agenda is expected to cover various national issues pertinent to their respective ministries.

The meeting includes Economy and Trade Minister Amer Bisat, the Displaced and Information Technology Affairs Minister Kamal Shehadeh, Interior and Municipalities Minister Brigadier General Ahmad Al-Hajjar, and Justice Minister Adel Nassar. Telecommunications, Youth and Sports, National Education and Higher Education, and Industry ministries are represented by Charles Hajj, Nora Bayrakdarian, Rima Karami, and Joe Issa Al-Khoury, respectively.

Also present are the Director-General of the Presidency Dr. Antoine Choucair and the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Judge Mahmoud Makkieh. The gathering aims to address pressing national concerns and strategize on future governmental actions.
