Manama: Yousef Mohammed AlBinkhalil, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Information, and Major-General Mohammed bin Mohammed bin Daina, Director General of the General Directorate of Security Media and Culture at the Ministry of Interior, honoured participants in the "Fundamentals of Voice Delivery" course organised by the Ministry of Information's News Directorate. The course was attended by several Security Media staff members and was conducted through an intensive training programme from December 24, 2025, to January 11.
According to Bahrain News Agency, the initiative aimed to develop national media competencies, enhance official media performance, and improve voice and delivery skills in accordance with the evolving media landscape and the diversity of platforms. This course is part of ongoing efforts to strengthen training, capacity-building, and modern professional practices within security media, aligning with the Ministry of Interior's development and modernisation strategy.
Trainer Suhair Asfour led the advanced programme, which covered vocal performance techniques such as breath control, tonal modulation, pronunciation, articulation, and common delivery errors. The programme was further supported by intensive practical exercises designed to reinforce these skills.
Assessments from the course indicated clear improvements in participants' vocal abilities and technical performance. Additionally, participants demonstrated a heightened awareness of professional media delivery tools, marking a significant advancement in their capabilities.
