Beirut: Prime Minister Nawaf Salam met with Mufti of Hasbaya and Marjeyoun, Judge Sheikh Hassan Dalli, at the Grand Serail to discuss the current situation in the towns and villages of the Marjeyoun-Hasbaya district and the necessity of providing them with continued support.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the meeting highlighted the importance of aiding these steadfast communities. Prime Minister Salam assured that entities such as the Disaster Risk Management Unit, the Council of the South, and the Higher Relief Commission are actively involved in supporting these regions across south Lebanon.
Later, Prime Minister Salam held discussions with a delegation from the Evangelical Church, led by Reverend Sami Dagher, and attended by MP Neemat Efrem and Minister of Social Affairs Hanin El Sayed. The talks centered around enhancing coordination and cooperation in relief efforts to better support the affected areas.
