Beirut: Fuel prices in Lebanon fell on Friday with the prices of both 95-octane and 98-octane gasoline decreasing by LBP 67,000 per tank, while diesel dropped by LBP 47,000. The price of a domestic gas cylinder remained unchanged. According to National News Agency - Lebanon, the new prices are as follows: 95-octane gasoline is now priced at LBP 2,382,000, and 98-octane gasoline stands at LBP 2,400,000. Diesel has seen a reduction, bringing its price to LBP 2,034,000. However, the cost of a domestic gas cylinder remains steady at LBP 1,287,000. This adjustment in fuel prices is expected to provide some relief to consumers amid ongoing economic challenges in the country. The decrease comes as part of regular pricing updates in response to international oil market fluctuations.
