Beirut: House Speaker, Nabih Berri, on Wednesday met former minister Rashid Derbas, with whom he discussed the latest political developments. Derbas also presented Berri with several of his publications, including his latest poetry collection, Exercises on the Sea of Anxiety.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Berri later received a delegation from Ain Ebel led by Mayor Ayoub Khreish to discuss conditions in the border town and neighboring villages. The delegation highlighted pressing health, economic and living challenges, urging the activation of Ain Ebel Hospital to support residents and strengthen their resilience in the border area.
