Trump Warns of ‘Very Powerful’ Strikes on Iran, Says U.S. Tightening Grip on Hormuz

Beirut: U.S. President Donald Trump said the United States would launch "very powerful" strikes against Iran, claiming Washington had already "hit it hard last night."

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, in remarks to Fox News, Trump said Iran had broken a previous agreement, asserting that "Iran always breaks agreements." He also claimed the United States is "in the process of taking control" of the Strait of Hormuz and argued that Tehran "has nothing left."

Trump added that action against Iran "should have been taken 47 years ago," signaling a continued hardline U.S. stance amid escalating regional tensions.
