Aoun Reviews Bank Restructuring Law, Health and Organ Transplant Advances

Beirut: President Joseph Aoun continued his meetings at Baabda Palace on Thursday afternoon, receiving Finance Minister Yassine Jaber and Banque du Liban Governor Karim Souaid. Discussions focused on financial affairs and the bank restructuring law recently approved by Parliament.

According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Aoun separately received MP Dr. Abdel Rahman Bizri and International Society for Organ Transplantation President Professor Nadey Hakim, with talks focusing on health issues and advances in organ transplantation. The president praised Hakim's distinguished role and the scientific and medical achievements he has made in several countries around the world.

Aoun also received Universal Publisher and Distributor Director General Fadi Al-Moknazah, accompanied by photographer Rami Rizk, who presented him with the first copy of "Lebanon Like Never Seen Before." The luxury publication features more than 300 aerial photographs taken by Rizk across Lebanon and is published in Arabic, French, English, and Spanish. It also includes photographs of Lebanon that have appeared in the international press.

Aoun congratulated Al-Moknazah and Rizk on the publication, saying its photographs highlight Lebanon's heritage and natural beauty while documenting significant moments in the country's history.
