Touch Expands Infrastructure Tour in North Lebanon and Akkar

Beirut:North Lebanon Touch Chairman and General Manager Karim Salim Salam, along with members of the company's board, are advancing the second phase of a comprehensive field tour across North Lebanon and Akkar. According to National news agency - Lebanon, the purpose of the tour is to evaluate the current network performance and the needs of the local population. It focuses on enhancing mobile and internet services, particularly improving 4G coverage, and identifying specific locations for 5G deployment. This initiative is part of Touch's broader effort to upgrade Lebanon's digital infrastructure, aligning with the strategic vision of Prime Minister Nawaf Salam and Telecommunications Minister Charles Hage. In addition to technological assessments, the company aims to address the development and economic priorities of individual towns, fostering cooperation with local authorities. The tour includes discussions with the Koura Municipalities Union and mayors from Dinnieh, Minieh, Halba, and Qoubaiyat.
