Hasbaya:Development and Liberation bloc MP Dr. Qassem Hashem held discussions with Public Works and Transport Minister Fayez Rasamny concerning the infrastructure needs of the Hasbaya and Arqoub areas, focusing on the importance of prioritizing these regions in light of ongoing Israeli attacks on nearby border towns and villages.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, Hashem emphasized that ministries and state institutions must fulfill their responsibilities to support the residents in maintaining their presence on their land, advocating for increased support to border communities.
Rasamny conveyed his readiness to address the infrastructural needs of the region. He instructed relevant ministry departments to expedite the necessary works, underscoring that supporting the residents of South Lebanon is currently a national priority and responsibility.
