Beirut:Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Ahmad Al-Hajjar, engaged with several prominent figures on Wednesday to discuss the country's general situation and municipal development initiatives.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, Al-Hajjar had a meeting with MP Haidar Nasser to discuss the overall situation in the country. The details of their conversation were not disclosed, but it highlights ongoing attention to national affairs.
Al-Hajjar also met with former MP Atef Majdalani. Additionally, he held discussions with Lamia Moubayed Bissat, Head of the "Institut des Finances Basil Fuleihan," focusing on the institute's efforts to enhance municipal training programs and strengthen local governance capacities.
Furthermore, the Minister welcomed May El-Khalil, President of the Beirut Marathon Association. El-Khalil briefed him on the association's current activities and the preparations for the upcoming annual race, illustrating the ongoing support for community events.
