Byblos:Free Patriotic Movement leader, MP Gebran Bassil, emphasized that political differences should not diminish the sacrifices or martyrdom of others. He stressed the importance of maintaining respect for these sacrifices, even amid political disagreements.
According to National News Agency - Lebanon, Bassil insisted on setting boundaries to political disagreements when the nation's interests are at risk. He highlighted that it would be unreasonable for the Free Patriotic Movement to disregard the sacrifices of individuals or fail to honor them.
During his tour of the Byblos district on Sunday, Bassil acknowledged that political opponents may have agreements and disagreements on various issues, yet they remain fellow citizens and partners in the same nation.
