Accra:Head of the "Change Movement" Party, Attorney Elie Mahfoud, has criticized Hezbollah for its continued stance during the ongoing conflict, which has lasted three years. Mahfoud claims that Hezbollah acts as if the devastation in Lebanon, including the displacement of people and the destruction of villages in the South, is of no concern to them.
According to National news agency - Lebanon, Mahfoud issued a statement on Saturday declaring that Hezbollah's obstinacy will not exempt it from accountability. He emphasized that the government cannot remain paralyzed by inaction and that a crucial and historic decision is imminent.
Mahfoud also argued that the current situation is not just a political misstep but is contributing to the persistent exhaustion of Lebanon and its citizens.
